This ship is a "Suction Hopper Dredger" at work. Such ships are often busy at the river here. They control and maintain the depth of the water. If necessary they suck up the sand and transport it to another place. Otherwise the bigger ships cannot sail here. I hope you understand what I mean....?

How could that ship not to sink in rough sea, Ria...Each side are so low; water must get over.....
