Very strange,because we kept line there under MAERSK Charterer long time and my last call was last week of August 2011. Meanwhile the information which I mentioned above was taken from local pilots. My first call at Mindelo was 2009 and the tug was there and after two years situation/condition was the same - same position,same anchor,no lights,no power,no life on board :)!
