Being curious, I looked for the SWL of her Stulcken derrick which appeared to be 300 Tons.

Hi Denis,
The Stulcken derrick I have sailed with had an SWL of 225 tons.
This one on the Strathcarron - great looking ship- looks a bit bigger, I expect 250-300 tons SWL.
The vessel which she carries on hatch no. 2 can for sure be lifted by that derrick.

We've carried patrol boats on deck but never so big they had to straddle us like that. Amazing.
