Great shot Ron - really great!
From what I understand, the down-rated speed for the B Class will be 18 knots.

... sorry, forgot this, Ron: excellent photo of a hard working ship. Thanks for posting. And definitely no slow steaming here.

Great photo of a very handsome container ship. Built for high speed operation but now slowed down, leaving them with a rather over-sized, thus overweight, downrated engine. Also, the mechanical losses due to the extremely long prop-shaft must further adversely the efficiency of this series of Maersk box-boats

Agree Cedric. Member "Hundested" has posted a photo of SB captured 06.12.2012. apparently leaving the yard at Qingdao, China, with her new Seago Line painting. First time I see a Seago funnel.

Nice catch Ron,, right time and place, The Schelde has a few hard turns where container vessels leaning over like that to make the turns. It was always a tight situation when with today smaller container vessels (2500 TEU) we met bigger ones at full maneuver speeds in hard turns and both have to keep going to make the turn safe, no margin for error there !!!!!
