The ship is the MV Anatoliy Lyapidevskiy then fixed on the bow of MV MIKHAIL STREKALOVSKIY is not the same as the picture, the forecastle has an angle and the ANATOLIY is straight like the photo.

Hi,
One of a group built by East Germany for USSR.
By the length of the second name I would put some money on ANATOLIY LYAPIDEVSKIY (8416554) or MIKHAIL STREKALOVSKIY (8131881).
