Totally agree Tony, I miss seeing all these awesome old timers. I can see us now, leaning over the rail passing them as we came into port...guys would be saying things about them, look at that new Port line ship or cop that Blue star in the dock...brings back great memories...thanks all!

How lucky were we to live and work through an era when such beautiful vessels as these were seen every day around our coasts and taken for granted as a normal part of our maritime trade. We might have gained a lot with the advent of containers, but we also lost a lot!!
