Vessel Identification:
Buttle Shuttle is current name; former name was Mill Bay.
The shape of this nearly 70-years-old vessel is certainly a tribute to British Columbia (Victoria) shipbuilders of yesteryear, before such vessels were ordered from shipyards in Europe!
