I asked around and her name is TZARINA. She is a 50m Amels yacht, completed in 1997, and currently under refit at Balk Shipyards. She was Amels yardno. 430 and has IMO number 1005796

Very interesting. Where was that taken? Balk shipyard? I wonder if perhaps it is not a newbuild, but a refit project. I am checking with some other sources and hope to come back with an answer soon.
