If I was a cruise ship designer, first I would design a perfect cabin to live in during the cruise. Then I would come up with the maximum passenger capacity of the upcoming ship & simply copy-paste that cabin all over the perimter of the predetermined-size rectagngle. I got a deck so far. Then I simply copy that deck & paste it one on top of another until I reach the number of cabins in whole. Then I'll throw in some entertainment areas inside the box. Then I gonna come up with that hull - that's just simple: I have all the initial parameters ready, so I gonna chose the most satisfying hull in the folder of complete hulls, throw in some machinery & stuff & attach it underneath the box. Some more finishing touches to the ship & then I give the default-coloured model to a nearest artist & he colors both interior & exterior. A project for a new cruise ship is complete! Call a prestigious shipyard & get them interested in building it.

With ships like this and so few really interesting ships left, I am afraid soon I may lose my interest in new cruise ships for good. A ship like BRITANNIA should be considered something more like a floating fun center, a kind of a propelled barge...

These things are designed on computers, so what might look cool on a computer screen becomes a bit overwhelming when its a thousand feet long. A bit like Godzilla really ; fine on a screen but not that nice in real life.

This is a hideous-looking vessel. None of the 'design' is not all cohesive and those funnels are just plain weird.
