Description:
One of a sereis of very fast (25 knots) german built containerships for Maersk. This one was lengthened in 1978 (as shown here) and rebuilt in 1984 for Sealift charter.No doubt the Americans were interested in her high speed, but cared less about the gasguzzling nature of her steem turbines.
