It looks like the skyscrapes, maximun constructions in minumun land. Bridge is one third of the ship, it seems everything is automatic, no crew on deck, no space, all made from bridge.

14.95m length seems like something designed to avoid or minimise some type of tax. I think I read that somewhere sometime ago, but cannot find it now.
