Built at Blohm & Voss Germany 1976. Rebuilt with B&W Diesel engine instead of the original GE steam turbine in 1983 at Innoshima Japan.
One of the original 9 A Class of container ships built in germany for Maersk Line on either Blohm & Voss or Flender.
