Originally built as a semi-submersible heavy load ship by Mitsubishi at Nagasaki, Japan.
Launched:23/10/1981 and completed: 25/1/1982.
Original dimensions: 139.0m oa and 130.5 pp., Beam:32.2m
Original tonnages: 10,282 gt and 13,282 dwt.
2 diesels giving 13 knots service speed.
1982 - "DAN MOVER" - Frigg Shipping Ltd., Nassau, Bahamas.
1985 - "SUPER SERVANT 6" - Wijsmuller - Super Sevant VI BV, IJmuiden, Netherlands. (as above).
1995 - "BANDA SEA" - Gulf South Shipping Pte. Ltd., Singapore. (manager: A/S Havtor Management)
2000- converted to RO/RO cargo ship with new gross tonnage of 16,632 gt.
Operated currently as a rail car carrier between Mobile AL and Coatzacoalcos, Mexico on a regular schedule for CG Railway Inc., New Orleans, LA, USA.
