Steel Hull, 81 foot long trawler of some 163 tons.
She was built in 1979 by Roanoke Island Steel & Boat in Wanachese NC.
She came into the Hampton Roads area from the Chesapeake Bay and then proceeded to do some maneuvers. Maybe training or testing equipment? Weather was overcast and breezy, but did start to lighten up.
She eventually ended up at the Wanachese Fishing facility behind Fort Monroe Hampton VA in the Phoebus section of the city.
