The best view of this hospital ship is now on the Imperial War Museum: website.Catalogue number FL 17221. It does not say where she is berthed.

I think this is the 1912 OXFORDSHIRE built by Harland and Wolff in Belfast.
She was renamed SAFINA-E-ARAB and scrapped round about the time her successor was completed- 1957 or thereabouts.
