Sold by Visentini in 5/2019 to Galaxy Ferry Shipping Co, renamed GALAXY F and put under management of Piraeus-based Go Shipping & Management Inc under Panama flag. Then from 6/2020 sold to Majuro-based shell company HA Marine Co, connected to Aria Azma Sanat Arvand of Tehran (according to Equasis) and renamed HA SPRING.
The Italian authorities are investigating whether sanctions legislation has been broken or circumvented
