Libyan navy frigate built in 1986.(ex Soviet navy Kochi class) at Cassar Shipyard from 28 Oct. 2013. She was supposed to be here for a 6 month conversion to a patrol boat, but after more than 6 years she is still here, her future unknown and uncertain.
