I've heard mention of the crew from time to time in the news buletins.
33 crew members had been infected by 17 Feb

She will be the CORONA PRINCESS forever, name and otherwise an equal tragic case as COSTA CONCORDIA.
What about her crew, haven`t heard a word of it??

I hope that the super powers nations and even those not so super pump more money into health care ,fighting such issues than using their riches to finance war machines developed to maim and kill, rather than to cure.
If these billions are used to develop cures, even the "common cold" could be eradicated and turned into a rare one.
regrets to the current situation, hope it will be soon just a tragic memory, with lessons to be learned from and acted upon.

As of today, February 18, 542 people from the ship have tested positive for the virus, the biggest outbreak outside of China. Like you said, Emmanuel, this bad reputation will be hard to clear, even as now the world's dealing with worse things than just one cruise ship's bad reputation...

Cheers

Vlad

A name change for sure as she has became a household name for the corona virus. Name change or no, she has been tarnished with a bad reputation which will be hard to clear, tourists are apt to stay clear of her.
