Something going on in the background: Equasis has, for IMO 9380568: "GRETA K - Ship data disputed".
This is not the first time that a problematic Italian newbuilding project has had a "facewash" by the shipyard and RINA.

In this case RINA have certified that:
23/12/2014 contract made (that was presumably the contract between San Giorgio del Porto SpA, the builder, and San Giorgio del Porto SpA, the owner (fancy the owner not noticing that by the very next day the hull and superstructure fabrication had been done and she had already been launched)
23/12/2015 the keel was laid (they didn't notice that the hull built by Trapani was already fixed to it - I would love to see the customary video of the ceremony)
20/01/2016 midship section approved!
19/08/2016 delivered.

No doubt the current owner doesn't mind, but what about the next owner, with wool pulled over its eyes.

None of that is to say that there is anything wrong with the actual ship from a safety point of view.
