For the installation of the pods, it is necessary a dry dock and the expertise of a company in this field. Both are unavailable in Romania and Norway. Hence the installation in France by the company Clemessy Services. Originally, the stop at Saint Nazaire was to be made during the trip between Romania and Norway but Covid 19 was upset by this plan, France being in confinement.

I agree,rather complicated the start of life.
She stay 2 weeks in St Nazaire.

Very strange: the hull was built in Romania, then moved to Norway and now they are bringing it France just to fit the pods?
