That's the difference between people who follow recommendations, making everyone safer, and those who will (or won't) act only if something is STRICTLY enforced... I know some people from Europe who simply don't believe that we use masks all the time here... :)

Here in Japan, bad virus is expanding again so travelling is not recommended. I hope that I will visit Mihara, where Imabari Shipbuilding Hiroshima factory located, in spring.
