The Pacific Pilotage Authority pilot boats PACIFIC SCOUT, PACIFIC PILOT TWO and PACIFIC GUARDIAN alongside at the PPA dock at Ogden Point. The Authority recently took delivery of PACIFIC GUARDIAN and have been shifting around their vessel assignments. It's unusual to have three PPA boats all at the Victoria station at the same time. PACIFIC PILOT TWO, the oldest vessel in their fleet, may soon be retired.
