No mention in my 1961 LSI but in one from June 1965 she is listed as Tyning - Panama flag - Built 1931 - motor - twin screw - 6390 grt/3834 nrt.
Departed Callao April 12 1965, arrived Kobe ( fish meal?) May 31st.

Owners possibly an 'outside' Hong Kong company.
Bridge front says she started life as Scandinavian ship.

A bit of a search lead my to a duff 404 shipspotting link which did however gave me a name -Tamara
