Chinese navy replenishment vessel 904.
As far as I can see she looks like a type 903A vessel, though pennant number doesn't seem to match.
Any info is welcome.
Seen at Ningbo waters.
Updated the name to Gaoyouhu with ex pennant number 966.

Ein Blick auf den chinesischen Wikipedia-Artikel über die Klasse besagt:
die 904 ist das Schiff, das ehemals die Kennnummer 966 hatte, also Gaoyouhu des Typs 903A.

Man sieht übrigens, dass ein großer Teil der Klasse neue Nummern erhalten hat.
