Sold 1975 to Hapag-Lloyd /Kosmos Bulkschiffahrt, with no change of name. In 1979 she was transferred to Liberia flag.
Next sale came in 1983, when she was sold to Hamburg-owner Leonhardt & Blumberg, and placed in Cyprus-register as WALTER LEONHARDT.
On the 18th. of february 1990 she was in the middle of Nort Atlantic, on a voyage from Tampa to Antwerp with a full cargo of phosphate, when she sank due to water ingress in hold. Her crew of 26 was picked up by Polish KOPALNIA ZOFIOWKA
