I always enjoy photos of the Canfornav fleet but this is really an excellent one, better than most. Just beautiful with the green hull, white ice and blue sky. Congratulations on such an excellent photo.

Thanks a lot Magogman and since you're a fan, I would like to direct your attention to Velvet (IMO 9782651). A recent (2021) addition to Canfornav's fleet but with a different color scheme that is worth the look. To the best of my knowledge (I haven't seen them all of course), the only one with this livery. Enjoy !

I looked up Velvet and indeed it is a handsome ship. I was surprised when looking at all the photos for Velvet that there was an earlier Velvet ( imo 9598282)that I was not aware of and it was painted green as well. I do not remember that one but then again I must not have been paying attention. Thanks again for kindly pointing me to the newbuild Velvet.

Thanks very much for info about the velvet. I try to get up to the St Lawrence River, usually around Sorel-Tracy, to photograph ships but since I live in the U.S. that has not been feasible until recently - looking forward to this summer. Thanks again for your message.
