Burma Five Star Shipping Corporation's 1963 Yokosuka built MERGUI departing from Avonmouth under tow bound for Glasgow exactly fifty years ago today, on the morning tide of 20th May 1973. She arrived at Greenock on 31st May for repairs following a fire.
Later: 2002 MYEIK
She was scrapped in Burma during December 2003
