Paul, fingers crossed. Looking at all your photos of this tug you have been following her through restoration.

Yeah hope all goes well for it, there celebrating its 90th birthday on June 25th I might attend that depending on the shipping movements that day.

Nice one Paul. Steam tug Wattle , launched in 1933 at Cockatoo Island, Sydney and worked with the Royal Australian Navy until 1969. Then she arrived in Melbourne. steaming on pleasure cruises around Port Phillip Bay. Wattle was restored in 2009 and re floated in 2015. Believe she has not yet returned to service.

Nice shot Paul. Lovely old vessel. I always made a point of trying to see her on my visits to Melbourne. The paintwork on her lower hull doesn't look too good when compared to photographs you've taken in previous years since she received her green paint job, but maybe that's just superficial. I hope all goes well with her return to sailing and she becomes as successful as the restored steam tug Daniel Adamson in my neck of the woods. Regards. Barry
