Manfred is right. An other pic of the raid on http://wio.ru/fleet/sunk/baltic.htm (scroll down)
Some 'dazzle' paints aft match.

The place where the photograph was taken, described as Hella Sandbank, is in the water area north of the Hel Peninsula. The name comes from the city (Polish Navy and fishing port) located on the promontory of the peninsula. It is worth recalling that HEL was the longest defended piece of Polish land in the defensive war of 1939 . Attacked from the first day of the war by the Germans, the defenders of Hel under the command of Commander Włodzimierz Steyer persevered until October 2, only when they ran out of ammunition, dressings for the wounded, drinking water and food.
