Believe this is the Spanish built ECO ISABELA - IMO 7500853, before she was fitted with a crane.
See pics here: https://www.shipspotting.com/photos/gallery?imo=7500853

Correction to my previous post;: ECO ISABELA had a sister, ECO ANA, IMO 7500865. There is a Fotoflite view of her with a yellow funnel, and pics elsewhere of her after 1982 as FENERA carrying COMANAV colours. Enhancing this photo looks to show two names on the stern, so assume this is her as ECO ANA, prior to renaming FENERA.
Thanks, Krispen

Definitely Comanav funnel logo. But they had few regular general cargo ships of this type (mostly reefers) in the early 1980s.
The only two I can find are sisters OURIKA (IMO 6813423, ex-LANGWARDERSAND) and OUKAIMEDEN (IMO 6824836, ex-EINSWARDERSAND) - but this is neither of those - compare https://www.shipspotting.com/photos/3250132.
So, I am thinking that this was, perhaps, a time-chartered vessel. This needs someone who can identify the (probably) German ship design.

Possibly a bit like a 'Neptun' Rostock-built (no direct matches found though)?
But obvious differences and that aft antenna is unusual for a German-built:
