Unlike the wheelhouse, the hull looks as if carefully done and "clean"
Could the hull, perhaps, heading to be re-used fr something?

This one as well as most other EU owned small boats can not be resold or reused anyhow, just strictly demolished with reporting to Brussels. Unlikely this old fashion hull is of any further interest excepting privates or museums for uncertain reasons
