You are correct, Clive, she's indeed a “sail-assisted motor yacht”, but I understand that she would still be able to move with her main engines shut down.

Just like the "Windsurf", a large cruise ship with 5 masts, that is perfectly capable of being propelled by her sails only, with her propulsion engines off (or so her "Sail engineer" told me).

She is not really a sailing yacht is she? I understand that she cannot actually move purely under sail, she is a motor assisted sailing vessel (or perhaps motor essential sailing vessel).
