Finland builds great cruise ships. Can't Finland build a RO/RO ship at home rather than purchase in a foreign state ?

The commands come from Grimaldi, they decide where to build. We could build them here in Finland, but not at the speed of Asian yards. Also the orderbooks in Turku and Rauma are quite full and Helsinki couldn't have built them because they had Russian owners and everything was at a stand-still. Now when the Helsinki yard is owned by Canadians, we are eagerly waiting for orders.
