In 'calima' - a fine sand in the atmosphere, which is windblown from the African coast.

The small, but powerful net skiff, is used to anchor one end of the tuna net while the catcher circles the school.
All tuna purse seiners carry a net skiff at the stern, in this manner, from where it can be quickly & easily launched and recovered.

For bunkers. On her way home to A Pobra do Caramiñal, Spain, for Christmas(?), from Abidjan, Ivory Coast, & Dakar, Senegal.
