Diving support / survey vessel NORTHERN PRINCE is here seen at Bømlafjorden in western Norway in June 2001.
She was built 1972 by Clelands Shipbldg. Co, Wallsend, as trawler for owners in Hull.
Her history:
1972: Delivered as FARNELLA (U.K.)
1982: Rebuilt to research vessel.
1994: NORTHERN PRINCE (Bahamas), rebuilt to diving support / research vessel.
2003: ODYSSEY EXPLORER (Bahamas)
2016: EMPIRE PERSIA (Panama)
