Thanks for the info, Pieter.
I went to check the data on her sisters, and there are some differences in propulsion arrangement: No.s 21, 22, 30 and 31 have 5L21/31 engines with one electric motor; No.s 19, 20 and the future W1935 have 8230ZC engines with two electric motors and a reduction gear.

Even more interesting. This could a series where testing different layouts could determine which is the best way to go for future ships. We need an engineer to give an opinion here....

Just looking like another ordinary tanker coming from an obscure Chinese yard, until you check the propulsion, consisting of three Chinese built MAN/B&W medium speed engines, linked to one electric engine and a single shaft. She has thee sisters (19, 20 and 21) with one more to come later this year.
