No name visible, but listed in 2018 as houseboat HELENA, the only boat resident here at Johnson's Island, River Brent/Grand Union Canal, Brentford, West London. The island is tiny enclave of artists' studios amongst the modern development.

The boat has been there since at least 2016 - see https://www.flickr.com/photos/brighton/26523990322. In that photo there is a name-board on the stern rail which seems to read something like "SEA DEE ANA AL", which makes no sense to me.
But there is a HELENA listed here as ex-EENDRACHT II - could this one be a candidate?
