Universal general cargo ship built by the Georgi Dymitrov Shipyard in Varna, Bulgaria, for PZM (POLSTEAM) according to the Polish B451 design. Keel (construction number 625) LAYED ON JUNE 25, 1966. Initially, the name BYTÓW was proposed for the ship, but it was launched (February 15, 1967) as PLOCK (PŁOCK). Completed September 22, 1967; She set off on her maiden voyage from Constanta to Las Palmas (with a cargo of cement). In January 1968, the ship was sent to serve the ports of West Africa. During a cruise from Santa Cruz (Canary Islands) to Benisaf, in December 1969, the ship provided assistance to a damaged Swiss-flagged yacht. The yacht, taken in tow, safely reached the port of Arecife (Lanzarotte). On February 15, 1970, the ship was handed over to PLO (Polish Ocean Lines), remaining on the line to West African ports. On June 24, 1982, PLOCK became the property of the newly established company POLSKIE TOWARZYSTWO OKRĘTOWE (PTO). It sailed on a line to Central American ports. Sold to an Egyptian shipowner (August 4, 1989) in Gdynia. Renamed NOOR. Later it was called TOOT (1992), SULTAN (1996 - Cambodian flag) and finally ADRIKA (1997).
