I agree she is Type 903 (but not Type 903A - in particular, they have a different pipe gantry with rectangular tops; on Type 903 they are tapered). Also the funnel tops and exhausts seem to vary.
Although indistict the hull number seems to end with a "6", and certainly not a "7", so I think this is the much-travelled QIANDAOHU (886)
