General cargo ship (B54/II/5) built in the Gdańsk Shipyard for Polish Ocean Lines under an agreement concluded in May 1957.
The originally planned name was MONTE CASINO. Finally launched as FLORIAN CEYNOWA, May 10, 1957. Completion and commissioning: December 24, 1957 - on the Far East Line. He set off on his inaugural journey from Gdynia (via Gdańsk) on February 4, 1958. Later the ship was employed on the Indonesia-Australia line. In June 1975, the ship rescued survivors from the SRI THEP (Thailand flag) burning in the Indian Ocean. On the night of October 15, 1976, in the Bay of Biscay, he took part in the rescue operation of the Polish yacht IWONA PIEŃKAWA. In March 1981, the ship was sold to a Filipino shipowner. The name was changed to PRESIDENT OSMEN. In 1983 it changed its name to LUCKY 14 and under this name it was scrapped (June 1983) on Gadani Beach in Pakistan.
