At first I thought it was a US port but you might be right Kyle, on closer inspection the pedestrians on the top deck could be Japanese. - The tugs funnel markings may be a clue?

American cars are the blue '53/'54 Plymouth on the left, and a black '57 Ford near the boxes on the pier. The smaller white cars, of which three are parked near the black Mercedes, appear to be Toyota Coronas of the 1960-64 era. The presence of multiple models of this car leads me to believe that this picture was taken somewhere in Japan in the very early sixties.

An curious mix of European and American cars, a Packard, a'56 Ford and a Pontiac. Possibly Havana? Where did she trade?
