Built 1929 for by the Charles Ward Engine Works for the United States Army Corps of Engineers, Galveston (Texas) District. 60.9’ x 16.7 x 7.7; 61 gt, 31 nt; 6-cylinder Winton Diesel, 250-bhp. Transferred to the Detroit (Michigan) District, 1947. Repowered 1948 with a Cooper-Bessemer FW6 6-cylinder Diesel, 9” x 10.5, 315-bhp. Donated 1968 to Mackinac College, Mackinac Island, Michigan, and registry opened (515342). Purchased 1973 by Luetdke Engineering Co., Frankfort, MI, and renamed *Kurt R. Luedtke.* Sold 1991 to Frost Engineering Co., Frankfort, MI, and renamed *Captain George.* Donated to the Great Lakes Naval Memorial and Museum, Muskegon, MI, and dropped from documentation 31 May 2003.
