This is Lerwick Harbour's tug/pilot boat in Dales Voe on 5/1/08. She is towing a piece of equiptment that is oil related. I am not sure what it is. It has been tied up at the Dale's Voe pier for a few month's now but last night when the weather was at it's worst it must have started to break it's ropes so they have had to take it under tow. It is still anchored so they are just holding it of the pier.
