Description:

The William C. Gaynor, owned and operated by M.C.M.Marine Inc of Sault Ste. Marie, Michigan is transporting a barge full of dredge spoils away from the dredging site on the shipping channel to Toledo, Ohio in Lake Erie. Aug. 22, 2009. The Gaynor was built in 1956 by Defore Shipbuilding Co., of Bay City, Michigan in 1956. She was built with her present name but from 1988 to 2002 sailed as the Captain Barnaby.
