I would say that this ship is the ALFA CEMENTA - IMO 5094678 - hulked in Saudi Arabia in 1978 as floating cement storage. She bears the funnel colours of Dapo Shipping/Pothitos

As KATINA she was laid up at Piraeus on July 16th 1975 and was presumably sold and renamed there in 1977.

The ship was built by Lithgows at Port Glasgow in 1955 as DUNADD for St.Andrews Shipping Company (J.& J. Denholm) of Greenock for long term charter to the British Steel Corporation.

I do not think that the vessel in a tanker! We can see a hatch of hold N 1 and 2 foreward the bridge, and the last two before the poop castle. The picture is not so clear to discern the use of two silos on deck. May be a general cargo vessel tranformed in cement carrier or a floating cement storage, regards Bibone.
