Looks as if HY VONG and BLUE ROCK are the main candidates - indeed I can't that Caneco built other sisters. HY VONG looks wrong and was specifically deleted in 1995 as broken up.

BLUE ROCK looks much more likely. Has been deleted this year as "continued existence in doubt". Last owner Scancem International, Norway. Cement and Nigeria, hmmmm.
