Description:

The 1958 Belfast built AFRICAN LION, the former KING HENRY, passing Portishead outbound from Avonmouth exactly fifty years ago today, on 12th August 1973. She had discharged a cargo of phosphate rock from Dakar.

Later: 1981 KLADITIS EMMANUEL - 1983 VERBIER for voyage to breakers at Gadani Beach arrived 14.4.83
