My mother and step dad were the resident musicians on board whilst she sailed from Harwich - Bremerhaven as prinz ferries, and even when she changed hands to DFDS. so during school holidays this was my home! I still have one of her life rings, in orange with her name on it! If anyone reading this has any photos of the interior at that time I would be grateful, specifically of the band :)

Hi Ken,

also from my side many thanks for the picture. Although I have never seen her in "the days" I love to see rare pictures of old ferries!

Please show us more - if possible a little bit larger.

Hi Ken!

Those were the days... I often made trips from Bremerhaven to Harwich with this fine vessel. Unfortunately they changed the route from Bremerhaven to Hamburg although the route was profitable for the owners. Almost three years ago the route changed from Hamburg to Cuxhaven. Last year the line was closed...
