One of the original 9 A Class of container ships built in germany for Maersk Line on either Blohm & Voss or Flender.

Actually built as straight containership as was Arild Maersk also posted, but later converted to ro/ro with addition of "garage stern", while Arild Maersk lengthened at same time but remained a containership.
