The 1958 Osaka built ATTICOS, owned by Thrasybule Voyazides of Athens, is seen passing Hoek van Holland inbound for Rotterdam from Bangkok on 4th August 1973.

As ATLANTIC SUNRISE she was laid up at Piraeus from 10th August 1971. About one year later she was reported as undergoing repairs and to be renamed SOUTHERN SUNRISE. Reportedly sold and to be renamed ATTICOS II. By November 1972 she was loading cargo at Antwerp as ATTICOS.
